Tetra Paks are a popular method of packaging used widely by manufacturers for liquid products such as fruit juice, long life milk, soups and sauces.  

Tetra Paks are made from rolls of printed paperboard laminated with polythene on the outside and with foil polythene on the inside.

Reduce

Reduce the need to purchase Tetra Pak milk cartons by making your own nut or seed milk.

Reuse

Cut the top off a Tetra Pak carton, fill with potting mix to grow seeds and seedlings.

Recycle

Tetra Pak cartons are recycled into sustainable building materials by SaveBoard located in Te Rapa, Hamilton. The nearest collection points for Tetra Pak cartons are in New Plymouth, Palmerston North and Levin if you're travelling that way.
